These terms govern your use of 52weeks, the social calendar app operated by Silas Spencer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a 52weeks account. Provide accurate account information, use contact details you are authorized to use, and protect your password and verification codes. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorized to access.

Your content and sharing choices

You keep your rights in content you submit. Only upload or share content you own or have permission to share, including photos of other people. You give 52weeks permission to host, reproduce, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service and carry out your sharing choices. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to 52weeks.

Review your profile and sharing settings before posting. Public profile information, public image links, and content you choose to share may be accessible to other people. Recipients can make copies outside the app. Removing content or changing its audience cannot remove copies other people already made. The Privacy policy describes retained records and how to request deletion.

Acceptable use

Do not use 52weeks to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass or threaten people, share intimate images without consent, send spam, or distribute malicious content. Do not bypass access controls, collect other users' private information without permission, or disrupt the service.

We may remove content or restrict access to address misuse, security problems, or legal requirements. To report content, an account problem, or a copyright concern, contact the address below with the relevant profile or content link and a description of the issue. Avoid attaching sensitive content unless we ask for it.

Connected Google accounts

Connecting Google allows 52weeks to read and synchronize calendar events and tasks and to create, update, or delete them using the permissions you grant. Events you create or accept with Yes or Maybe can be copied to your primary Google calendar, marked private, with titles, descriptions, locations, and times. Task synchronization can send task titles, notes, due dates, and completion to Google. Review the connection notice and Privacy policy before granting access.

Google and other external services have their own terms and controls. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account; this does not automatically remove data already stored by 52weeks or copies in Google.

Generated stickers and event listings

Sticker generation sends your prompt to an external image-generation provider. You remain responsible for the prompts and images you share. Generated images may resemble existing content; generation does not establish exclusive ownership or permission to use someone else's likeness, trademark, or copyrighted work.

Discover listings come from external sources and may change or contain errors. Verify dates, availability, organizer requirements, and any purchase terms with the organizer. Saving a listing or adding a calendar event is not a ticket purchase or a guaranteed reservation.

Optional text notifications

Activity texts require a separate opt-in and are governed by our Text terms. Creating an account, verifying a phone number, or connecting Google does not enroll you in activity texts.

Availability and responsibility

Calendar synchronization, notifications, and third-party services can be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate. Check important plans with the people involved and keep copies of information you need. 52weeks is not an emergency communication service.

To the extent applicable law permits, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
