These terms cover the optional 52weeks activity text notification program, operated by Silas Spencer. They apply to activity notifications, separately from verification codes you request or account security messages.

What you agree to receive

When you verify your phone number, check the text notification consent box, and save in Settings → Notifications, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from 52weeks about friend requests, event invitations, invitation responses, selected people’s new events, upcoming events, stickers, likes, and comments according to your chosen categories. Activity texts are available for United States numbers. This program does not send marketing messages. Message frequency varies with activity.

Activity notifications may arrive as RCS cards on supported devices and carriers, with SMS fallback. You do not need to save our number to receive RCS cards. SMS link previews depend on your messaging app.

Your choice

Consent is optional, off by default, and not a condition of purchase or of using 52weeks. Verifying a number alone does not enroll you. Changing your verified phone number clears activity text consent; you must opt in again for the new number. Category choices and profile notification bells do not grant text consent. Turning a category back on applies to future activity.

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and other network conditions; texts may be delayed or not delivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Unsubscribe and get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or turn off texts in Settings → Notifications and save. A message already being sent may still arrive. In-app notifications stay available. Saving an enabled preference does not override a provider-level STOP block. For help, contact [email protected] using the link below. Ordinary replies receive no application response. Reply HELP for provider help or START to restore carrier eligibility after STOP; START does not enroll you in app notifications.
